At present, the R&D center of Zhongshan Huali has an area of about 200m2 and 4 professional technicians with high quality and also boasts advanced supporting design development equipment. The center has fixed assets of over RBM 1 million yuan and will purchase a digital proof press this May, which is able to be used for the design and development of corrugated cardboards flexo packaging products and the trial production of sample cartons and paper boxes within the shortest time. The center has a BCSI digital proof press imported from Netherlands and the packaging software Packdesign 2000. Packdesign 2000 (PD2000 in short) is a piece of custom CAD software designed by BCSI, a famous software manufacturer from Netherlands. It enables custom setting and data or parameter input according to the actual conditions of each client and forms a set of CAD software suitable for the actual production requirements. The method for data and parameter setting is simple and conducted once and for all. Although some information needs to be updated on a regular basis, the operation is simple. PD2000 is a piece of software penetrating the whole production process and will help you quickly realize the pre-printing digital process.
The main tasks of the R&D center are as follows:
1、Design the packaging and engineering of corrugated paper boxes;
2、Design the material selection, structure and dimensions of the paper products to achieve the most economical materials usage and reasonable structure;
3、Test various performances of the paper products;
4、Proof and trial produce the carbons quickly and provide technical support. In addition, the tasks also include analyzing problems in the batch production of cardboards, cartons, printing and paper boxes and seeking solutions in terms of design plan and production techniques so as to maximize the product quality and minimize product costs.
